What services do you offer?

I offer general oil painting commissions (any subject matter), as well as wedding services. The services I offer for weddings are live guest illustrations at the ceremony, or post-ceremony oil paintings.

For live wedding illustrations, I either offer a half day (4 hours), which includes 40 guest illustrations, or a full day (8 hours) which includes 80 guest illustrations.

How do you determine project pricing?

For oil painting commissions: I calculate fees based on the size and complexity of the piece. A price quote will be given on enquiry, however as a rough guideline; for an A4 oil painting with the subject matter and a plain background would be around £300, and a standard A4 painting with a complex background would be around £500. This is due to the additional time taken to paint more detailed and complex imagery.

For live wedding illustrations: For a half day (4 hours), the cost is £500. For a full day (8 hours) I charge £750

What is the typical project timeline?

For oil painting commissions: Depending on the size and complexity of the piece, the expected timeline can vary drastically. This is something that would be discussed and outlined upon inquiry for your specific piece.

For live wedding illustrations: I endeavour to finish as many illustrations as I can on the day, however any remaining pieces will be completed as soon as possible at home, then sent to your address after the ceremony.

Do you need a deposit?

Yes, a deposit will be required to secure any service or commission.
